Hi There are different exercises after post partum. Core strengthening exercises and back strengthening , Static back etc.posture correctionand also some stretches. Before starting take proper assessment done from physiotherapist. Then we will have more idea about the body to start all exercises and we're to work more and what type of care to be taken.
