My wife is feeling pain and burning sensation in the stitches. Me and my wife is having doubt that aren't stitches ripped or not... i am attaching a photo please give valuable feedback. Thank you

Dont worry about stiches. It will take some time to heal. Wash twice a day. Apply betadine oitment at wound site. If any discharge or pus or bleeding comes, visit ur gynaecologist
