Hi Doctor, actually my foreskin retracted during puberty growth at that time and staying behind glans since then, i don't know that time that it should come and cover glans again so i didn't focused on it. I thought this as natural growing process. So when now i am trying to move it ahead to cover glans it again retracting. So when i tried to retract foreskin more back i found outermost inner tip of foreskin is sticking with the shaft with some tissue and some outer foreskin turned pink. Now i am concerned that it is normal? Is i am having short foreskin ? Or foreskin stucked due to some fungal infection like balanitis/balanoposthitis ? I am not circumcised, have no pain, no issue in erection but sometimes exposed glans causes discomfort. If you want any more details i can connect with you . Attaching images for your reference
