Doc prescribed 2 antibiotic cefixime and azithral for suspected pneumonitis in CXR..and refer to chest physician...??.. should she start those antibiotic as she is in village and urgent appointment is difficult for her ...ECG normal.. Complain was constricting type chest pain sometimes
