My sister is suffering from malaria with typhoid or she is platelets 1. 8 lakh and tlc 14500, suggest me better treatment

Hello..... Her Total leukocytes count is increased, but platelet count is not low... Above investigations are not sufficient to say whether it's malaria or thyroid... Microscopic blood smear examination is required for malaria and widal test is done for typhoid.. Consult general physician.
