Planning for a baby
Hi,
I have underwent through DNC in the month of December and that was my first baby.
Iam planning for a baby next month. Is it good to take MCBM69 tablets or Folate 5mg before 1 month of my pregnancy. Please suggest whether i can take MCBM69 or not before pregnancy. What is preferred. Please suggest.

First thing is that you should wait for atleast 3 menstrual cycles before planning pregnancy after a DNC.
MCMM69 tablets are fine.
