vitamin C alone will take long.. may be more than 2 months.. there are better creams for faster resolution. and hydroquinone under medical advice and supervision is not dangerous if advice is followed properly. You should send me images through private online consult for a better assessment of the problem and approaching it accordingly. Hope this is helpful.
