Hey doc I am a16 yr old male and i am facing serious problem after masturbation i have a smell of fecal matter and my face is becoming ugly and unwashed even though i clean properly and i do not have any bad habits please help me i have seen doctors earlier but i was unable to tell them this becaus this was very embarrasing please help sove my problem i also think i have a sinus infection
