Asked for Female, 23 Years

Had intercourse with my bf on 9 march and had my periods on 23 march but i didn't get my periods in april so i took a test with i can pregnancy testing kit and it was negative m wondering if m pregnant or not so I contacted with a dr and he told me to take deviry 10 mg n now i got my periods today but my flow is really scanty so m wondering it's vaginal bleeding or periods.
