Penis white spots and cuts
I have white heads and some white scratches on the head of my penis (bellend). They came after the use of a pineapple as foreplay in sex which cut my penis head and shaft of my penis (where there are some whit heads too there was some swelling but it had gone down a lot). Lastly, I cut the skin on top of my testicals and got a rash but it has almost gone. The accident happened two days ago should I get some cream or will it heal by itself? Any help would be greatful
