I have suffering with penis foreskin infection last 20 days.i take some medicine like fluconazole 150mg, tyzin m oinment but still the infection remain same now what i do

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Please don't use tyza m ointment as it contains steorid and may be causing recurrence.
