• Your symptoms are most likely due to mild balanitis (inflammation of glans/foreskin), commonly caused by irritation or fungal infection • The itching after stretching foreskin and slight swelling/redness fits this condition • Relief after masturbation can happen due to temporary reduction in tightness/irritation, but it does not treat the cause • This is a common and treatable condition, nothing to feel embarrassed about Next Steps • Maintain proper hygiene—gently retract foreskin, wash with plain water, and dry well • You may need a short course of appropriate topical medication (antifungal/anti-inflammatory depending on cause) • Avoid using random creams without proper diagnosis Helpful Tips / Words of Caution • Avoid harsh soaps, deodorants, or chemicals in that area • Do not over-stretch or forcefully retract foreskin • Keep the area dry—moisture worsens infection • Use protection during sexual activity until symptoms settle • If you notice pain, discharge, or difficulty retracting foreskin, seek treatment early Kindly consult with me via Practo for detailed evaluation and treatment
