It's been a week or two, after having intercourse with my partner, suddenly i observed white spots on penis head and slight redness, i have been using lulifin 1% cream and it was ok but suddenly I saw small particles cheese like substance on penis and cracks on foreskin and when pulling back its painful.
Please suggest the cream or can I take a zocon tablet for this. Thank you

Its a yeast infection, do you also have diabetes?
Much more detailed medical history needs to be assessed before starting you on your personalised treatment plan
Kindly share a clear picture in good lighting of affected areas
• Findings are suggestive of candidal balanitis (fungal infection) with inflammation of glans and foreskin
• “Cheese-like” deposits, redness, fissuring and pain on retraction are typical of yeast overgrowth, often after intercourse
• Partial response to antifungal cream supports fungal etiology, but current symptoms indicate ongoing irritation/incomplete resolution
Next Steps
• Clinical confirmation by a dermatologist is advisable to rule out mixed infection or associated conditions (like diabetes)
• Both partners may need evaluation if recurrent symptoms are present
• Oral medication should be taken only under medical guidance, not self-initiated
Helpful Tips / Word of Caution
• Maintain gentle hygiene—wash with plain water, avoid soaps/chemicals on the area
• Keep the area dry and clean, avoid tight clothing
• Avoid sexual activity till complete healing to prevent recurrence and partner transmission
