I visited a orthopaedic surgery nearby and made a X ray(attached) he said that I have initial stage of patello femoral arthritis and there is no specific treatment as such I am doing little physio and if you could help people me regarding the same about do's and don'ts in routine life. Thanks in advance.

Your xray isn't too worrying. This is expected in your age. Yet you don't have to have pain. Doing physio is good. If your vitamin levels are low , then getting injection for supplement will help resolve the pain
Next Steps
get Vitamin D3 and B12 levels done
Health Tips
get injectable supplement
