Painless mouth ulcer

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Painless mouth ulcer on inside of cheek.Initially it was light red and now it's turn to brown color.It is painless and last for more than a month.I am 29 years old.I am getting minor bleeding when I spit and today I got small white line near the ulcer.It is like linea alba.Is this sign of oral cancer?
