Painless Bumps on side of tongue(>2 week
I've been having painless Bumps on both the sides of my tongue since 15 days. My CBC, iron,B12, D3,  calcium, urine tests are in the normal range. The prescriptions I've taken recommend iron/vitamin deficiency however, that's not the case in my report. What can be the issue and how can these bumps be subsided?
