Recently noticed a painless bump on my left earlobe. Its under the skin, cant see it but can be felt upon touch. It is not tender, kind of squishy and feels like a little squeezeable ball. Also, I get acne in that area quite a lot but they are over the skin and not under it like this. The acne are usually painful as well, this is not.
What may be the cause and what can be done?
