Painless bumps on chest skin

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi few months ago, I realised some painless bumps on my chest, I showed it to doctor. He did RFA on that bumps and vanished it. Now I am realising 2 more same bumps on my chest. So shall I have to do RFA again? What is exact solution. What is the reason behind it. Why they are coming again and again. It looks weird when I remove t-shirt. Please help me and guide me in details. Photos are attached. Thanks.
