I’ve had a painless bump on my bikini line for a few months now. It looks like an ingrown hair and is darker than the skin so I can tell it will leave a scar when it heals; however, I know it’s not an ingrown hair because no hair follicles appear to be under the skin and I own an ingrown hair cream that has treated all my ingrowns except this stubborn bump. It also has to be squeezed extremely hard and even then only a tiny bit of pus comes out.
