Painful skin condition on shaft of penis
I have been having what appears to be skin tags and warts on the shaft of my penis. Some are painful and some are not. Not had sexual contact for over a year now and the skin condition occurred about 5/6 months ago.
Type 2 diabetic. When poorly controlled I had thrush and rings around shaft that bleed. Diabetes is better controlled now and it appears skin condition has affected the areas affected previously
