Painful lump in armpit

Asked for Female, 19 Years

For over 6 months now I have had a slightly painful lump under the skin in my left armpit. It is just now starting to get big enough to see. I have tried using no deodorant, and tried to stop shaving. Nothing has worked. 19 year old female.
