Painful legs and veins appearing

Asked for Female, 46 Years

I have really painful feet and pain in my toes. Brown reddish spots on the top of my feet and ankles and on my shins. This all started in august 2016. I seen my doctor then and again two weeks ago as I have veins appearing all over my legs and my legs are really painful. My doctor still says I'm standing to much, and its fine, but I'm not standing
