Little fingers are not weight bearing fingers, you may have performed a physical activity or a sudden jerk which went unnoticed you need to recall the incident and share the accurate history or there might be awkward sleeping position which may lead to cause discomfort conservative measures for pain and swelling Give rest and ice compression over the affected area make sure the ice therapy is in limit
Next Steps
Please consult with accurate history for medical treatment
Health Tips
Give complete rest to your left hand limit the movement of your little finger continue with the conservative method Stay home stay safe

Please specify whether whole finger is swollen and painful or only the joints. There must be some infection or inflammation in the finger.
Next Steps
You may consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
