Pain outside of knee
I usually gets pain outside of knee whenever I play something otherwise it is not their.the pain remains for few days and then goes away.but again come when u play or exert

Hi As one crosses 40..mechanical axis change happens for all of us due to degenerative changes in knee It's better to have a proper warm up stretching exercise for hamstring quadriceps pelvic muscle while playing Its risk to play in indoor smooth surface as friction is more and needs proper shoes Check your knee xray. One leg standing AP view with your nearby Ortho dr. Moslty it can be jumpers knee or sport related issue So Give a break if pain is more Check clinically Do regular exercise other than sports Consider supplemenst VitD . Depura60K IU once a week for 2 weeks VitB12  T. Methylcobalamin 500 in night for 2 weeks For pain Consider T.zerodolSP once a day after food for 2 days in need, provided u dont have any drug allergy Dr.KK
