Pain issue
I have point pain which doesn't move only single place point pain in lower right abdomen when i feel getting toilet when I pass stool that point pains why is it I have it from 6 yrs in pregnancy it occurred i even have IBS issue with anxiety is it hernia appendix or IBS related itself ? I don't have vomiting fever sometimes pain disappears sometimes occurs but only at a single point place is it intestines related

Since the pain is present for many years, comes and goes, and worsens during passing stool without fever or vomiting, it is less suggestive of acute appendicitis.
It may be related to IBS, intestinal spasm, constipation/straining, muscle wall pain, or occasionally a small hernia.

A fixed point of pain in the lower right abdomen that worsens with the urge to pass stool and has been present for 6 years without any fever or vomiting is most consistent with IBS-related pain, likely involving the ileocecal region. Appendicitis would not last 6 years without becoming an emergency, so that is very unlikely. However, a small inguinal hernia should also be ruled out.
