Pain at the tip of the urethra while urinating along with increased frequency is a classic presentation of either a urinary tract infection (UTI) or urethritis — inflammation of the urethra caused by bacterial or other infection. While a UTI is the most common cause, urethritis due to other infections is also possible, especially when the pain is specifically felt at the urethral tip. This needs to be properly evaluated and treated promptly, as untreated urinary infections can spread upward to the kidneys.
Next Steps
Please get a urine routine and microscopy test done at the earliest and see a doctor for proper examination and treatment. Drink plenty of water in the meantime. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Its due to dehydration, urine become more concentrated or saturated, so its causing irritation or burning during micturition .not to worry about it.drink adequate amount of water and try some juice which contains more fibrous pulp.no worry.
