Pain in upper abdomen and headache
Hi from yesterday night, I am having pain & bloating/tightness in my upper abdomen. It reduces for sometime when I take antacids but then come back again. Was very bad last night. Also getting headache now. I get this abdomen pain too frequently these days (specially when lying down at night), so did an ultrasound (Attached report). Can someone suggest what the issue looks like and what should I do?
