(Painkiller)
Warm saline risnes 3-4 times daily

Pain can be due to caries or infection at root of the teeth.So take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Apply Colgate Pain out gel OR clove oil on affected area thrice daily for 15 minutes for a week
Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
Warm saline rinses between meals
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg
☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water OR Tramadol OR Voveran

hello madam..the pain may be in the lower or upper tooth or both u/l that we need to find out.. or sometimes it is referred pain..
as u have mentioned that their is cavity with pain that means their may be onset of infection for that u can start some medicines.. tab Augmentin 625 1-0-1, tab. Zerodol SP 1-1-1.., cap. pan D 1-0-1 all three medicines for 3 days.. if u have hyperacidity then in place of. Augmentin u can replace it with
tab. zifi CV 1-0-1..
consult dentist for same after lockdown is over.. thank you

We will address to pain
Mostly there must be infection in the lower teeth
Radiating to upper tooth
A)No Hot fermentation
B)start Augmentin 625 mg twice x 3 days+2
C)Take any anti inflammatory if you have
D) Pan D 40 before meals twice a day x 3 days
Eat well
Gargle well so that no food Impaction is there
Once we are out of lockdown sir
Pls visit your Dentist

Take painkillers to lower the pain , you can take Tablet Ketorol DT - three times a day , the first dose will be 2 tablets dissolved in water . After that you will take one tablets each time . So three times a day and for three days take this medicine .
If you can tell more about the pain as in is it increasing on eating anything warm then you will be required to take antibiotics also . Tablet Augmentin 625 mg , 2 tablets morning and evening after food for 5 days .
As soon as lockdown is over visit your dentist to get the treatment done .
