Hello Premolar can be present but it’s early eruption ( means erupted earlier than real age of eruption) so for confirmation kindly visit paediatric dentist .. Medicine is not cure without proper diagnosis and finding root cause of pain as child are very sensitive so proper evaluation is necessary. . Many caries in children are hidden ( hidden caries and basically not visible from eyes they are maximum found between proximal contact area means between two tooth which is not visible max time clinically so for that we need to take X-ray to confirm caries . I advice you don’t take any medicine like this better consult kids dentist for proper examination .
Next Steps
Brushing twice daily
Health Tips
After every meal rinse mouth with plain water Avoid sticky and sweet food

Premolars not to be oresent if the child is 8 years old !!?!?Get a dentist to access the childs condition or consult on this platform and consult a doctor to let a dentist see what needs to be done in your childs condition As if there is sensitivity to sweet the teeth needs restoration and also to be present if it is in front side region/Premolar region for more 2-3 years as pre-molars eruot at around age of 10-12years!
Next Steps
Get a dental visit or Consult on practo by booking a consultation for your child and get accessed and aware of real situation of your child For now avoid stimuli #sweet to not worsen the condition
Health Tips
Keep the childś oral hygiene at best ( Twice daily brush and always to rinse/brush after any sweet or sticky food)till dental visit /consult , then follow the prescribed steps by Licensed Dentist *always!!

It is common to see a tooth that looks perfectly healthy on the outside while causing sharp pain inside, especially when triggered by sweets. Since your son is experiencing pain specifically with sugar, it is highly likely he has incipient decay (a cavity starting between the teeth) or a micro-fracture that isn't visible to the naked eye. Take him to a dentist for a clinical exam and an X-ray. Treating a small "invisible" cavity now with a simple filling is much easier than waiting for it to become a larger infection.
Next Steps
visit dental clinic.

Hello! If your son is 8 years old , the tooth must be his milk tooth ( molar) which will stay there for 3-4 years more. Pain when having only sweets means the tooth can be treated with a filling otherwise it will cause more pain in future. Better to take her to a nearby Dentist. At the time of pain u can give him Syrup I mol 5 ml sos
