The permanent tooth that is supposed to erupt is locked inside the bone. similarly his other teeth also need to pulled out . in order to speed up the process we should start his braces treatment .

A simple 2 by 4 bracket system is enough at this stage to pull the particular tooth out . that means only braces for front 4 and back 2 teeth in the upper arch
