The tooth is visible in the x-ray but will take more time to erupt. The placement of the tooth is impropper due to which there is delayed eruption.
The permanent tooth that is supposed to erupt is locked inside the bone. similarly his other teeth also need to pulled out . in order to speed up the process we should start his braces treatment .

A simple 2 by 4 bracket system is enough at this stage to pull the particular tooth out . that means only braces for front 4 and back 2 teeth in the upper arch
