Firstly i advise you to stop using Tobacco... Tobacco is a cancer producing agent called as " Carcinogen "  next if you have persistent ear pain and throat pain it should be properly tested . You must not ignore ear pain and throat pain. It could be due to a ear and throat infection. Try this simple nature cure at your home ..1. Steam inhalation with Karvol capsule it gives relief for ear and throat problems 2. Avoid Tobacco it causes throat cancer 3. Get a second opinion from a more experienced Senior ENT specialist in order to give you best treatment . 4. Do not allow water into your ears while you bath. Water if it enters ears cause ear infection at times 5. Do not take medicine over the counter from medical shops without consulting a  ENT specialist . Especially do not use any ear drops unless it is prescribed by a ENT specialist. In india lot of patients use ear drops advised by medical shop and they end up with permanent ear damage and deafness.
