Pain in left part of neck
Dear sir,
From past 2 years I feel sharp pain in left tonsil of neck it increases on palpating. No problem in swallowing.
I am suffering from Gastritis and IBS from past 2 years. I am taking Pshycristist medicines from past 3 months for IBS and throat pain.
I feel relief in thorat pain but tonsil pain does not go away. Is anything serious. Pls guide.

May be due to acid reflux. You can see an ENT specialist. In the meantime, gargle with luke warm saline water thrice a day after meals.

Either get xray face towns view or ct face to rule elongated styloid process as elongated styloid compresses the nerves and u may have persisted pain and more pain on palpation
