Pain in the stomach due to accident

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Last day someone hit me hard with handle of cycle while cycling vigorously on the wrong side that too in the upper stomach. It's just below the chest near my middle part of the stomach. It's paining, have little dizzyness... don't know whether it's because of the thing or tension. Do I need to worry? Please help me to know it better , when I am pushing that place it's paining ... am I worrying a lot ... ?
