Cricket tennis ball hit on my stomach
Dear sir/madam,
I got hurt on my stomach by tennis cricket ball(bit hard) while playing cricket. I am getting pain when I press it and bend. What treatment I should do for that? Can I spray Volini spray on the pain area?
Please guide me. Thank you in advance
