Hi doctor I am 11 years old child . I had fallen down from cycle in the road and have injured in leg and hand.
Injured leg with cuts and blood and have pains. Taken pain killer but not work properly. I have attached injured leg photo. Please suggest me medicine and ointment which i will give and can reduce pain and cannot walk. Please suggest me medicines i cant go to clinic is too far.please help me.

Because the injury occurred on the road, a tetanus booster may be necessary if the last one was more than 5 years ago. the injury doesnt look deep a scab has already formed. as you mentioned pain and unable to walk plz visit nearest hospital for proper physical examination.

Get the wound cleaned and dressed with povidone ointment.
Take tab ciprofloxacin 500mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab combiflam one every 8hours for 3 days, after meals.
Inj tt one ample intramuscular in deltoid reason.
The bruise is infected now in second picture. Betadine solution to clean the wound thought its painful.
