Pain in the muscles around the knee
Hi, I'm a 27 year old man facing pain in the knee. It happens when I'm sitting cross legged folding my knees, after walking or even if I'm sitting on a chair. I've done arthritis checkup but it's negative. Kindly suggest me some exercise or yoga asaan for this. Also, please let me know that wearing slippers/flip flops could be the reason or not?

This can be due to either a Disc bulge causing nerve compression or it can be a SI joint inflammation. Better to meet a local Ortho spine specialist n seek treatment after proper diagnosis.
