Well the USG looks like there were multiple gall bladder stones, and few might have passed also causing the pain...Well you can go for gall bladder removal but then it depends on you and also the severity and changes in gall bladder...Or you can go for conservative treatment like taking anti spasmodics and also tablets will will take care of the liver enzymes...Meet a general surgeon..Thank you
