Not feeling to eat , pain in stomach and headache,this is since 3 days, had carrom sachets, not improved much.

Check for body temperature,  seems to be intestinal infection,  take plenty of oral fluids and tab crocin 500 mg sos for pain, consult a physician if symptoms persistent.
