Hello, Dealing with these symptoms for 15 years is understandably exhausting. When chronic stomach issues are paired with severe periodic headaches and vomiting, we need to look at the "Gut-Brain Axis"—the physical and chemical connections between your gut and your brain. 1. Potential Clinical Directions Based on your description, two primary possibilities should be investigated: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): The frequent motions and feeling of "incomplete freshness" are hallmark signs of IBS. Abdominal Migraine or Gut-Triggered Migraine: The "extremely high" headache pain and vomiting occurring once a month suggest that your stomach issues might be triggering a migraine, or that you are experiencing a form of migraine that manifests with gastrointestinal distress. 2. Recommended Specialists I recommend you shift your consultation to the following specialists: Gastroenterologist: To perform a thorough evaluation of your gut. They may suggest a Colonoscopy or an Endoscopy to rule out structural issues or inflammatory conditions like IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) or Celiac disease. Neurologist: To evaluate the monthly "extremely high" headaches. They can determine if these are classic migraines triggered by your gut health or a separate neurological concern. 3. Suggested Investigations You should discuss these baseline tests with your specialists: Stool Routine & Culture: To rule out chronic low-grade infections or malabsorption. Hydrogen Breath Test: To check for SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), which often causes excessive gas and bloating. Ultrasound of the Whole Abdomen: To check the gallbladder, liver, and pancreas. 4. Immediate Advice Maintain a Food & Symptom Diary: Track exactly what you eat for 30 days and note when the headaches and vomiting occur. This is the most valuable tool for your doctor to identify specific triggers. Probiotics: Discuss starting a high-quality probiotic with your doctor to help stabilize your gut flora. Fiber Management: Depending on your stool consistency, you may need to adjust your soluble vs. insoluble fiber intake. Summary: After 15 years, it is time for specialized diagnostic imaging and a neurological consult. Focus on finding the trigger for those monthly episodes rather than just treating the acidity after it starts.

Aapke symptoms (long-term bowel disturbance + gas/acidity + occasional headache/vomiting) suggest karte hain ki ye chronic gut issue (IBS/functional bowel disorder) + acidity related problem ho sakta hai. 15 saal se problem hone ka matlab hai ki ab proper targeted evaluation zaroori hai, sirf symptomatic treatment se kaam nahi chalega. Best doctor to consult:

You have been suffering for a long time, so this needs a proper specialist check-up now, not just repeated general treatment. What your symptoms suggest 1.Going to toilet 2–3 times daily + not feeling fresh → may be chronic gut problem like IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or indigestion. 2.Gas, acidity, headache, and vomiting once a month → could be acid reflux with migraine-type headache or severe acidity attacks. Which doctor to consult Gastroenterologist (stomach specialist) They can properly examine your digestive system and find the root cause. Tests you may need About medicines Important lifestyle changes (very helpful) Start these immediately: Eat on time, don’t skip meals Avoid spicy, oily, and outside food Reduce tea/coffee Drink plenty of water Sleep properly Manage stress (very important See doctor urgently if: Weight loss Blood in stool Severe vomiting Increasing frequency of symptoms
Next Steps
See a gastroenterologist
