Pain in stomach

Asked for Female, 7 Years

I had high fever, loose motions and stomachache yesterday, I had one Combiflam and oflox, now my fever is gone and now i feel like that I have loose motion coming every two hours but it comes little bit and rest it feels like that i had to force it down, in short I cannot empty my stomach in one go and I have pain in lower abdominal area in centre. Pls guide which medicine and food should I eat?
