My right shoulder have pain. Pain occurred during uplifting the hand. Or when side lifting of hand. I am regular doing exercises in gym

Hi!  Since how many days you are having this problem. Probably you overstretched or hurt yourself during the workout. If it is acute stage and it is very pain you can apply cold packs take rest the pain will go with in few days. If this has become chronic you should not ignore and get it evaluated by Physiotherapist who can guide you the proper management.

Hello. Stop all resistance training and focus only on cardio workout. Take icepack for 10 minutes twice daily and Ultrasonic therapy after getting assessed by physiotherapist. After pain is controlled, start with strengthening exercises of rotator cuff as these are the muscles that tend to get injured while working out.
