Pain in one bone of Lower Spine
Hi Doctor, I am a Male, 35 Years, 89Kg, 5'10" .
I am feeling pain in my spine in the lower side. Little above from the lower back. The pain is centered at one bone of my spine. Its increasing day by day. I feel it when I drive my bike for 15-20 min or when i am siting on my bed or when I am standing up.
I am not having pain in my lower or upper back. This is different. Doing oil massage daily. Please suggest the possible cause and its remedy.

Focal pains can be due to vertebral damage like a compression fracture or infections like discitis or tuberculosis, and sometimes malignancy, though unlikely at your age. If the pain is radiating to your legs then it may be a 'slipped disc'. It is best you visit a rheumatologist, neurologist, or orthopaedic surgeon and get a clinical evaluation. An MRI may be required depending on that. Regards
