Pain in my penis. My penis upper area.

Sensitive and also painful while touching the glans area of penis. Also there is a painful purple patch on the curve area of my glans penis. Maybe it is due to some nerve problem I had back before a year ago. Something must have happened back then to my penis. Once I went to a doctor he said its fungal infection but the medicines he gave didn't cure any pain on my touching the penis. I don't feel any pain when I go to pee. It just feels painful only when I touch the glans area and also the curve area of my penis. One more thing Since a few days, there is a red patch on my penis which is now healing properly but I don't see any help for the sensitivity and pain I feel when I touch my penis upper area.
