Pain in my left knee
Hello, I am a 26 years old male. I have been having some pain in my left knee. It appeared three months ago, due to a strain while sitting in the prayers. The pain is not in the front. It is in the back of my knee. It goes away. but when I walk for more than half an hour it comes back. I am not a fat person. I am only 65 kg, with 176cm height Please tell me a solution for this. I am an athletic person, I can not afford this
