The multiple pain can be due to myalgia, and the cause of the pain can be related to fibromyalgia, musculoskeletal spasm These can be related to multiple reasons like vitamin  D deficiency, hypocalcemia, fibromyalgia and can be due to ortho related several issues. But requires further evaluation.
Next Steps
1. Consider pain relief first of all. 2. Replenish vitamin D supplements in the diet and intake of vitamin D medications 3. Rule out the chances of trauma in the recent past
Health Tips
1.  Increase the intake of vitamin D rich foods like cheese, cod liver oil, salmon fish, green leafy vegetables, broccoli,  spinach, papaya, tunafish 2.  If the pain is increasing,  get the pain relief medications 3.   Get investigations done for ruling out the causes

Hi firstly your vitamin d levels are low which will need correction with medication for which you need a prescription. Vitamin d deficiency can cause bony pains which could explain your symptoms. Also check vitamin b12 and start daily yoga and sun exposure for 20-30 minutes everyday. Is the pain associated with any tingling numbness ; is the pain continuous, does it change with posture, do you tend to lie down on the sofa? If the answer for any of these questions is yes get an x ray cervical spine and lumbar spine AP and Lateral to rule out spondylosis. When you work on your laptop or cell phone correct your posture keep your neck straight not continuously bent, sit straight take small breaks during work stretch and regularly exercise.
