Care AI Shimmer
Seems like medial tibial stress syndrome or shin splints. Stop running for now, apply ice over the area, anti-inflammatory medications Do exercises-hamstrings/quadriceps/calf stretching Do all this for around 2 weeks- then start running on proper track(not hard surface), wear proper shoes, calcium, vitamin d supplements.

The pain in ur leg can be due to lack of calcium and vitamin D3 in your body. Sudden increase in the stress on leg due to running may cause microfractures which may have led to your pain. This is one of the common cause assosciated with obesity.
Next Steps
Kindly do an xray of knee including leg ap and lateral. Serum vit d3 status.
Health Tips
Take uprise d3 60K weekly for 6 weeks along with daily elemental calcium. Ice compression over the tender zone. Avoid sports activity until pain subsides.
