Pain in left knee
Pain in left knee, cut cut sound comes when knee folds,at night i feel stiffness in knee. I am wearing knee sleeve which helps lowering pain a little, but feeling difficulty in climbing staircase, sitting and standing. I am a banker so nearly 10 hours I am on duty.

The features you have mentioned seem to indicate Osteoarthritis of knee though it can only be confirmed after examining the patient. At your age it would be better to not let it for long as it can cause severe problems later on. These days PRP (platelet rich plasma) injections give very good long lasting relief in these cases.
