Pain in left knee.. able to walk
Im having knee pain. I am 24 yrs. Mri of hip was normal took for hip and groin pain. Chiropractor said weak quads. Have hyperextended knees from birth in left leg.. have flat foot..no history of injury or fall..was gng to phyio for hip pain.. hip pain is fine now.. have pain in knee now.. im scared google is showing meniscous acl pcl lcl and all..im not running from last two months as rehab for muscle strengghting in hip..please advice. today morning crepitus felt in knee after i woke up.. was just walking normally.. please please advise.. i have anxiety issues also.. No x ray till today
