Pain in left abdomen

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Left abdominal pain and tiredness all the time. and one doctor suggested for ultrasonography and its impression thickened bowel loop in the left para umbilical region suggestive of acute inflammatory bowel disease. doctor prescribed for medicine for 5 days cifran oz tab and pan 40 tab. after that recovering from pain but two weeks later again started pain then we consulted a Gastroenterology DM he suggested for colonoscopy
