My mother is abt 55 years old, she has joint pain in her knees from abt last 3 or 4 years, she consulted with many doctors but no medicine works .it seems that the medicine works like drugs ..we read a advertisement in newspapers about dr. Get her x ray done. See how much arthritis she has. Depending on that future management is decided. What ever changes have occurred till now, will b irreversible. To avoid future problems avoid squatting n sitting cross leg. Use camode chair.
